Shipping & returns

Orders leave our studio in Cyprus within 2–4 working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed over.

During a drop week dispatch can take slightly longer. If anything is delayed, we write to you first.

• Cyprus — 1–3 working days
• European Union — 3–7 working days
• United Kingdom — 4–8 working days
• Rest of the world — 7–14 working days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs handling can add time on non-EU orders.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery within Cyprus is free on orders over €100.

Orders inside the EU include VAT. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Email hello@aurorabrilliance.shop with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return arriving with us.

For a different size, return the original piece and place a new order — this is the fastest way to secure your size from a small run.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with a photo. We cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
