Aurora Brilliance is a wearable brand based in Cyprus, trading as Aurora. You can reach us at hello@aurorabrilliance.shop for anything on this page.

• Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
• Contact details — anything you send us by email or Instagram.
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you sign up.
• Technical data — basic, anonymised usage data such as pages visited and device type.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

To process and deliver orders, answer your messages, handle returns, meet accounting obligations, and — only with consent — send occasional emails about new drops.

We rely on performance of a contract (orders), legitimate interest (running and improving the shop), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records).

Only with the parties needed to get your order to you: our payment provider, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Order records are kept as long as required by Cypriot tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as they are useful for support.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your bag between visits. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymised. You can clear these at any time in your browser.

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
