- What is Aurora?
- Aurora is a wearable brand born in Cyprus. We make clothing, silver jewellery, hair pieces and small objects — things to wear, keep close, and reach for without thinking. The registered business name is Aurora Brilliance and the Instagram handle is @aurora.brilliance.
- What is The Tee made from?
- The Tee is a heavyweight cotton jersey with a tonal embroidered mark, garment washed for a soft hand. The body is boxy with a slightly dropped shoulder; size down for a closer fit.
- Which sizes do you offer?
- Clothing runs XS to XL. The fit is boxy by design, so if you prefer a closer shape, take one size down. Write to us if you are between sizes and we will help.
- Is the jewellery real silver?
- Yes — our jewellery is made in silver. It is designed for everyday wear, including sea and sun, and will develop a natural patina over time.
- Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
- Everything ships from Cyprus. Orders leave within 2–4 working days. Cyprus delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, the EU 3–7, and the rest of the world 7–14.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Cyprus delivery is free over €100.
- Can I return something?
- Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
- How do I care for my pieces?
- Wash cotton cold and inside out, do not tumble dry, dry in shade, and iron on the reverse avoiding the embroidery. For silver, keep it dry when you can and polish with a soft cloth.
- Do you restock?
- We work in small runs, so pieces are not always restocked. New drops are announced first on Instagram at @aurora.brilliance.
